Коротко
Приложение не требует регистрации и не знает, кто вы. Мы не собираем имя, почту, телефон, геолокацию и контакты, не показываем рекламу и не следим за вами в других приложениях. На наш сервер уходит только то, без чего нельзя прислать напоминание.
Что остаётся на телефоне
То, что вы отслеживаете, настройки напоминаний и сохранённые карточки сериалов, фильмов и команд. Эти данные хранятся на устройстве — и в его резервной копии iCloud или Google, если она включена в телефоне, чтобы подписки вернулись на новый телефон вместе с копией. Кроме перечисленного ниже, больше они никуда не уходят.
Что получает наш сервер
Только если вы разрешили уведомления:
- случайный номер установки, который приложение придумывает само. Он не связан ни с устройством, ни с вами; после переустановки будет новый;
- токен push-уведомлений — адрес, по которому Apple или Google доставляют уведомление на это устройство;
- платформу (iOS или Android) и разницу вашего часового пояса с UTC — чтобы время в уведомлениях и «тихие часы» совпадали с вашими часами;
- язык приложения и страну, указанную в настройках телефона, — чтобы писать уведомления на вашем языке и показывать даты выхода фильмов для вашей страны;
- что вы отслеживаете (номера сериалов, фильмов, шоу и команд в каталогах), когда напоминать и ваши настройки уведомлений;
- какие напоминания телефон уже поставил сам и на какое время, чтобы сервер не прислал их второй раз, а если матч перенесли — прислал напоминание к новому времени;
- на iPhone, если включён «Отсчёт до матча», — адреса, по которым Apple запускает, обновляет и убирает отсчёт на экране блокировки, и какие отсчёты сейчас показаны. Если выключить отсчёт, адрес для запуска стирается.
Только если вы сами переносите подписки на другой телефон: под кодом из восьми символов сервер хранит то, за чем вы следите, время напоминаний и выбранное оформление — сутки, затем удаляет.
Только если вы подключили календарь, который обновляется сам: под секретной ссылкой сервер хранит то, за чем вы следите, какие даты вы пропустили, язык, страну, часовой пояс и настройку спойлеров — чтобы календарь на телефоне мог сам обновляться. По этой ссылке календарь и читает события; без неё к ним не попасть.
Только если вы импортируете список из другого приложения: телефон сам читает файл выгрузки и отправляет на сервер только названия, годы и номера в каталогах, чтобы найти их в TMDB. Сервер их не хранит. Для MyShows сервер по введённому вами логину читает ваш открытый профиль на myshows.me.
Только если вы оформили «Дальше+»: телефон показывает серверу запись о покупке в том виде, в каком её подписали App Store или Google Play, — какой тариф, когда куплен и до какого числа действует. Сервер проверяет подпись и запоминает только тариф, магазин и дату окончания: по ним он присылает уведомления о том, что открывает подписка, запускает отсчёт до матча и обновляет календарь. Номера карты, имени, Apple ID или Google-аккаунта мы не получаем: оплату целиком проводят Apple и Google.
Кроме того, веб-сервер технически видит IP-адрес каждого запроса. Он попадает в журналы сервера вместе с адресом запроса — без того, что вы ввели в поиск, — используется только для защиты от перегрузки и удаляется через 14 дней. Журналы самого сервиса (какие запросы пришли, без IP-адресов) тоже хранятся 14 дней.
Зачем
Чтобы напоминать о начале серии, фильма, матча, стрима, запуска и других событий, на которые вы подписались, и сообщать, когда объявили новую дату или стример вышел в эфир — даже если приложение закрыто. Для другого мы эти данные не используем, никому не продаём и не передаём для рекламы.
Кому передаются данные
- Expo (650 Industries, США) — сервис, через который отправляются уведомления: получает токен и текст уведомления;
- Apple Push Notification service и Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — доставляют уведомление на устройство; отсчёт до матча на iPhone сервер передаёт в Apple напрямую, с названием матча и временем начала;
- Sentry (Functional Software, США) — только если приложение аварийно завершилось: получает отчёт об ошибке с версией приложения и системы, без номера установки, IP-адреса и чего-либо о вас;
- Apple и Google — проводят оплату «Дальше+» по своим правилам; от них мы получаем только подписанную запись о покупке, описанную выше.
Информацию о сериалах, фильмах, шоу, футболе и киберспорте сервер запрашивает у TMDB, football-data.org и PandaScore; о стримах — у Twitch; о музыкальных релизах — у Apple (iTunes Search API); о запусках и событиях в космосе — у The Space Devs (Launch Library 2); праздники сверяет с производственным календарём isdayoff.ru; при импорте из MyShows — читает открытый профиль на myshows.me. Эти запросы не содержат никаких сведений о вас, кроме того, что вы ввели в поиск. Небесные события сервер рассчитывает сам: для затмений — по городу часового пояса телефона, без геолокации. Сам телефон к football-data.org и PandaScore не обращается: клубы и команды в приложении обозначены своими сокращениями, без эмблем. Аватары стримеров и обложки альбомов телефон загружает напрямую с серверов Twitch и Apple.
Наш сервер находится в России. Его резервная копия, зашифрованная, хранится на нашем втором сервере в Германии.
Сколько хранится и как удалить
- Если запретить уведомления, приложение при следующем запуске попросит сервер удалить всё о вашей установке.
- Кнопка «Удалить данные приложения» в профиле очищает подписки на телефоне и на сервере.
- Код переноса на другой телефон и всё, что под ним сохранено, удаляются через сутки.
- Календарь удаляется с сервера сразу, как только вы его отключите в профиле, или когда к его ссылке 90 дней никто не обращался.
- Если удалить приложение, Apple или Google сообщат, что токен больше не действует, и сервер его сотрёт; оставшаяся запись удаляется через 90 дней.
- Если приложение не открывали год, запись об установке удаляется целиком, даже если об удалении приложения никто не сообщил.
- Отправленные уведомления хранятся 30 дней, затем удаляются. Записи об отсчётах до матча удаляются через 2–3 дня после матча.
- Резервные копии базы хранятся 14 дней, затем удаляются.
Дети
Приложение не спрашивает имени, возраста и других сведений о человеке — ни у кого, в том числе у детей.
Изменения
Если политика изменится, новая версия появится на этой странице с новой датой.

In short
The app needs no account and does not know who you are. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location or contacts, show no ads and do not track you across other apps. Our server receives only what it takes to send a reminder.
What stays on your phone
What you follow, your reminder settings and cached cards of series, films and teams. These stay on the device — and in its iCloud or Google backup, if the phone has backups on, so they come back on a new phone restored from it. Beyond what is described below, they go nowhere else.
What our server receives
Only if you allow notifications:
- a random installation ID the app makes up itself, tied neither to the device nor to you; a reinstall gets a new one;
- the push token — the address Apple or Google use to deliver a notification to this device;
- the platform (iOS or Android) and your time zone's offset from UTC, so times in notifications and quiet hours match your clock;
- the app's language and the country set on your phone, to word notifications in your language and show film release dates for your country;
- what you follow (catalog IDs of series, films, shows and teams), when to remind you and your notification settings;
- which reminders the phone has already scheduled itself, and for when, so the server does not send them twice — and, if a match is moved, sends a reminder for the new time;
- on an iPhone with the match countdown on, the addresses Apple uses to start, update and remove the countdown on the Lock Screen, and which countdowns are showing. Turning the countdown off erases the address used to start one.
Only if you move what you follow to another phone yourself: under an eight-character code the server keeps what you follow, your reminder times and the look you picked — for a day, then deletes it.
Only if you connect the calendar that keeps itself up to date: under a secret link the server keeps what you follow, the dates you skipped, your language, country, time zone and spoiler setting — so the calendar on your phone can update itself. The calendar reads its events by that link; without it nobody can.
Only if you import a list from another app: the phone reads the export file itself and sends the server only titles, years and catalog IDs, to find them on TMDB. The server does not keep them. For MyShows the server reads your public profile on myshows.me by the login you typed.
Only if you subscribe to Dalshe+: the phone shows the server the purchase record exactly as the App Store or Google Play signed it — which plan, when it was bought and until when it runs. The server checks the signature and keeps only the plan, the store and the end date, which it needs to send notifications about what the subscription opens, to start the match countdown and to keep the calendar updated. We never receive your card number, name, Apple ID or Google account: Apple and Google handle the payment entirely.
The web server also sees the IP address of each request. It is kept in server logs together with the request's address — without what you typed into search — used only to protect the service from overload, and deleted after 14 days. The service's own logs (which requests came in, without IP addresses) are kept for 14 days as well.
Why
To remind you when an episode, film, match, stream, launch or anything else you follow starts, and to tell you when a new date is announced or a streamer goes live — even while the app is closed. We use this data for nothing else, sell it to no one and share none of it for advertising.
Who else receives data
- Expo (650 Industries, USA), the service that sends the notifications: it receives the push token and the notification text;
- Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which deliver the notification to the device; the server sends the iPhone match countdown to Apple directly, with the match name and kick-off time;
- Sentry (Functional Software, USA), only if the app crashes: it receives an error report with the app and OS version, without the installation ID, the IP address or anything about you;
- Apple and Google, which handle Dalshe+ payments under their own terms; all we receive from them is the signed purchase record described above.
The server asks TMDB, football-data.org and PandaScore about series, films, shows, football and esports; Twitch about streams; Apple (the iTunes Search API) about music releases; The Space Devs (Launch Library 2) about launches and space events; and checks holidays against the isdayoff.ru production calendar; for an import from MyShows it reads the public profile on myshows.me. Those requests contain nothing about you beyond what you typed into search. Sky events the server works out itself: eclipses for the city of the phone's time zone, with no location. The phone itself never contacts football-data.org or PandaScore: clubs and teams appear in the app under their short codes, without crests. Streamers' avatars and album covers the phone loads straight from Twitch's and Apple's servers.
Our server is located in Russia. Its backup, encrypted, is kept on our second server in Germany.
Retention and deletion
- If you turn notifications off, the app asks the server to delete everything about your installation on its next launch.
- “Delete app data” (“Удалить данные приложения”) in the Profile tab clears what you follow on the phone and on the server.
- A code for moving to another phone, and everything saved under it, is deleted after a day.
- The calendar is deleted from the server as soon as you disconnect it in the profile, or once nothing has read its link for 90 days.
- If you delete the app, Apple or Google report the token as invalid and the server erases it; the remaining record is deleted after 90 days.
- If the app has not been opened for a year, the installation's record is deleted entirely, even if nobody reported the app as deleted.
- Sent notifications are kept for 30 days, then deleted. Records of match countdowns are deleted 2–3 days after the match.
- Database backups are kept for 14 days, then deleted.
Children
The app asks no one — children included — for a name, an age or anything else about them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
